This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.grandhavahak.com website.
The domain name www.grandhavahak.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Grandha Vahak Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at S-33, Survey no 279 &283, PILLAIPAKAM Sipcot, Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu -602105, India (hereinafter referred to as “Grandha Vahak”).
Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, you shall be contracting with Grandha Vahak Private Limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Grandha Vahak.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a Member / Subscriber on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean Grandha Vahak Private Limited.
When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g., Book Reviews, Vendor Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, we grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

Membership Eligibility
Anyone can sign-up for a membership as long as they get it via subscription.
Your Account and Registration Obligations
If You use the Website, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website and refuse to provide You with access to the Website.
Communications
When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
Selling
As a registered seller, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale on the Website in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on our website. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Website. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfilment of sales.
The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Website. Grandha Vahak reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
Services
Payment
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
Applicable Law
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bangalore

Membership Policy & Conditions
You be able to get/book the books once you’ve availed a subscription from us through our website or application based whether you’re an individual or an organization accordingly; Once you bought the subscription you will be able to access all our contents. And the membership has to be renewed by the user depending on the time period of the subscription plan.
Your cart should only have maximum of 3 “Three” books.
Change of Address can only be done once in 6 months
You will be able to get the books at your doorstep
Return Policy
Once the user has booked a book, the User has to return the book within 21 Days. If the user fails to return the book(s) fine amount of Rs.10/day will be deducted from the account.
If the user wants to extend the time period of 21 days, the user has to renew it through the application or website. And it will be extended up to 7 more days in total 29 days.
If the renewal has been done and the user fails return the book(s) on/before 29 days, fine amount of Rs.10/day will be deducted from the account. And on 32nd day, Rs 250/- will be deducted considering the book has been lost
Note: The fine amount will be automatically deducted only from the caution deposit of your plan.
Damages & Loss
After return of the books, If any of the book(s) found to be damaged in any ways maximum of Rs 100 to be deducted from the account and librarian can decide the percentage of damage.
Minimum rs 250 to be deducted for loss of book. And amount may increase in case of higher value.
Price of book to be considered is actual price irrespective of whether it is a new book or used book.
