3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies.
If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.
4. DEFINITIONS
• “User” / “Subscriber” means any individual using the platform
• “Subscription” means paid membership for accessing services
• “Caution Deposit (CD)” means refundable security deposit
• “Services” means book access, delivery, and related offerings
5. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
• Users must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law
• Minors must use the platform under parental/guardian supervision
• Grandha Vahak reserves the right to approve or reject any registration
6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
Grandha Vahak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with:
• False information
• Suspicious activity
• Policy violations
7. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
• Access to services is granted only upon active subscription
• Subscription must be renewed based on the selected plan
• Grandha Vahak reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing
8. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (CRITICAL CLAUSE)
The Subscription Fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Non-usage of services
• Partial usage
• Dissatisfaction
• Delay in delivery
• Change of mind
• Personal reasons
• Technical issues beyond control
Once paid, the subscription amount shall not be refunded, reversed, or transferred, either fully or partially.
By subscribing, the User expressly agrees to this condition.
9. CAUTION DEPOSIT (REFUND POLICY)
• Caution Deposit (CD) is refundable subject to conditions
• Refund of CD is allowed only after 6 months from the date of registration
Special Condition:
For Bronze Plan (3 months validity):
• Cancellation can be requested after 1 month from registration
Important Conditions:
• CD refund is processed only after:
- Membership cancellation
- Settlement of dues
- Return of all books
• CD will be refunded after deducting applicable fines, damages, or losses
• Subscription fee will NOT be refunded under any circumstances
10. ANTI-MISUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION
To prevent misuse and unfair practices:
• Users cannot claim refunds after using the service partially or fully
• Multiple usage followed by refund requests will be treated as abuse
• Grandha Vahak reserves the right to:
- Reject refund claims
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently block users
- Initiate legal action in case of fraud
11. BOOK USAGE POLICY
• Maximum 1 active book at a time
• Cart limit: Maximum 3 books
• Address change allowed once in 6 months
12. DELIVERY
• Books are delivered to the User’s registered address
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics
13. RETURN & EXTENSION POLICY
• Standard return period: 21 days
• Extension: 7 days (total 28 days)
Fine Structure:
• ₹10/day from Day 22 to Day 30
• Day 31: Grace period
• Day 32: ₹250 deduction (book treated as lost)
All fines are deducted from the Caution Deposit
14. DAMAGE & LOSS POLICY
• Damage charges: Up to ₹100 based on severity
• Loss charges: Minimum ₹250 or actual book value (whichever is higher)
Grandha Vahak reserves the final authority to assess damages.
15. SERVICE LIMITATION
Grandha Vahak:
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Is not liable for delays due to logistics or third parties
• May modify or discontinue services at any time
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, systems, designs, and materials on the platform are owned by Grandha Vahak.
Users shall not:
• Copy
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer
17. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users shall not:
• Misuse the platform
• Attempt fraud or abuse
• Provide false claims
• Exploit policies for personal gain
Violation may result in:
• Immediate termination
• Legal action
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Grandha Vahak shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• User negligence
• Third-party failures
• Service interruptions
19. TERMINATION
Grandha Vahak may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:
• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Misuse is observed
20. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• First: Mutual discussion
• Second: Mediation
• Third: Legal proceedings in Chennai jurisdiction
22. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Grandha Vahak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued usage implies acceptance of updated terms.

By subscribing to Grandha Vahak:
✔ You agree that Subscription Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
✔ You agree that only Caution Deposit is refundable (subject to conditions)
✔ You agree not to misuse the platform or policies
✔ You agree to comply with all operational rules
