3.15 "Organization"

An "Organization" refers to any company, corporation, partnership, government body, public sector undertaking, non-governmental organization (NGO), charitable trust, foundation, corporate entity, or other legally recognized organization participating in Grandha Vahak programs.

3.16 "Community"

A "Community" means any registered group participating in Grandha Vahak Community Services, including but not limited to resident welfare associations, villages, reading clubs, cultural associations, youth groups, religious organizations, social organizations, neighborhood groups, and other recognized community bodies.

3.17 "GV Readers' Collective"

"GV Readers' Collective" refers to the official community reading initiative established and administered by Grandha Vahak to promote collaborative reading, literary engagement, discussions, and community-based educational activities.

Participation in GV Readers' Collective shall be governed by the applicable terms, guidelines, and community policies issued by Grandha Vahak.

3.18 "GV Community Reading Box"

"GV Community Reading Box" refers to the curated rotating collection of physical books provided by Grandha Vahak to participating communities for a designated reading cycle, subject to applicable membership plans, availability, operational policies, and program guidelines.

3.19 "Partner"

A "Partner" means any individual or legal entity that has entered into an authorized business, operational, educational, library, logistics, publishing, sponsorship, CSR, technology, or community partnership with Grandha Vahak.

3.20 "Service Provider"

A "Service Provider" means any third party engaged by Grandha Vahak to perform services on its behalf, including but not limited to payment processing, cloud hosting, logistics, communication services, customer support, analytics, technology infrastructure, fraud prevention, identity verification, or other operational functions.

3.21 "Applicable Law"

"Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, rules, governmental orders, judicial decisions, regulatory guidelines, and legally enforceable requirements applicable to Grandha Vahak and its Services, including amendments thereto from time to time.
